The Serious Stuff…
Amy has been providing therapy for children (age 8 and up), adolescents and adults since 1995 in a variety of therapeutic settings. She specializes in the area of trauma and other forms of abuse causing emotional distress/ negative impact on many levels of a person and their families life.
Amy works with individuals and families that are managing depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, parenting/safety concerns, sexual/physical abuse, grief/loss, sexual issues/addictions and a number of adjustment issues including adoption and infertility. Amy likes to meet the client where they are at and work towards their goals. She a multi-disciplinary approach to her practice in order to facilitate healthy growth and change.
Amy is exclusively providing telehealth services.
The Fun Stuff…
Amy loves spending time with her two adult children and finds them to be some of her favorite people. Amy enjoys reading in her free time as well as spending time outdoors and playing with her dog. Amy loves the snow. Amy is known for her quote, “More grace, less judgement.”
