Jalen started at Lifeworks of June 2024. Healthcare has always been a field that she’s enthusiastic about. For as long as she can remember, she has always had an aspiration to enter the field of Dentistry or Pharmaceutical Industry. However, her recent start in a new job within the mental health sector has broadened her perspective and ignited an interest in exploring various other healthcare professions. To pursue this evolving passion, she is currently preparing to enroll in college to further her education and acquire the necessary skills to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
With three years of fulfilling experience in the customer service industry, Jalen has developed a strong foundation in effective communication and client interaction. Now, she is eager to explore more administrative opportunities, aiming to broaden her knowledge, enhance her skills, and achieve new milestones. This will not only enrich her professional journey but also strengthen her resume as she continues to evolve in the healthcare field.

Spending quality time with her loved ones holds significant importance in her life. Additionally, she has a profound passion for travel, especially to destinations adorned with palm trees and stunning beaches.
