The Serious Stuff…
Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Iowa State University and obtained her Master’s degree in social work at University of Iowa. Lindsey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and specializes in play therapy with children ages 3-12. Lindsey also enjoys working with adolescents. Lindsey’s passion is working with children and their families. Lindsey is also a trained EMDR therapist. Lindsey’s areas of focus include trauma, grief and loss, attachment, anxiety and depression.
Lindsey is the Clinical Director of the Des Moines office.

The Fun Stuff…
Lindsey loves football and watches the Vikings, win or lose. She also cheers for both Iowa State and Iowa. When Iowa and Iowa State play each other, she keeps her fingers crossed for Iowa State, much to her husband’s dismay. Lindsey loves a good game night with family and friends. She enjoys spending her free time playing with her son and daughter, impromptu family dance parties and playing and inventing new games. She also likes to take her dog, Jackie, on walks and bike riding with friends and family when the weather is right.
